Location Description Lugano

272 m a.s.l. >>Large, well-known town directly by the Lago di Lugano. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre. Lugano is celebrated for its congress, the banks, the businesses and also for its flowers, its villas and its moderate climate. Is has lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The mixture of the Italian atmosphere and Swiss efficiency is captivating. The historical town centre, which is pedestrian only is inviting with it's various arcades, museums, boutiques and restaurants. It is also a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Good starting point for trips to: San Salvatore and the Mountain Bre (mountain railway) or towards the lake. Fete in October.

Die von uns schon öfters genutzte Wohnung besticht durch hervorragende Verbindung zur Stadt, Nähe zum See und gute Aussicht auf See und St. Salvatore. Sehr gute Betreuung.

Apartament ma same zalety. Świetna lokalizacja: dwa przystanki autobusowe pod samym domem, tak jak i kawiarnie, restauracje, sklepy różnych branż (w tym 3 dyskonty). Z balkonu rozciąga się piękny widok na jezioro i okolice. Sam apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony. W zasadzie jest to mieszkanie do zwykłego życia, a nie tylko na wakacje. Dodatkowo do apartamenty jest przypisane miejsce parkingowe w podziemnej hali garażowej. I można przyjechać z dużym psem.

Die Wohnung befindet sich wenige Schritte vom See entfernt und ist mit dem ÖV gut zu erreichen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und bietet zwei Schlafzimmer sowie eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den See und den San Salvatore.

The view! The location! The host! All terrific. We came in from the US on our first international family adventure, and this apartment really was the perfect basecamp for all sorts of explorations in and around Lugano. From the booking process to the grocery store immediately downstairs and across a parking lot, to the gracious and informative hostess who made herself available and easy to communicate with, we had a wonderful time staying here, cooking our meals, and enjoying the view.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Migros, Kiosk, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle (regelmässige Verbindung ins Zentrum) gleich vor der Türe. Auch das Lido Lugano ist problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum einkaufen ist das Migros quasi im selben Block. Busshaltestelle auch da. Apotheke, Bank, Post, Restaurant, Cafe. Zur Seepromenade von Lugano ein paar 200 Meter. San Salvatore Bahn kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Alles super praktisch mit Einstellhallenplatz
