For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 50 m, 2 km.
