Exit to the terrace, east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Top floor: (open staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 260 cm with 2 sleeping facilities (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Garage space n 42 at 200 m. Please note: non-smokers only.

Siviez: Residence "Mont-Fort", 1'730 m a.s.l., 2 storeys. 100 m from the centre of Siviez, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Nendaz, 25 km from the centre of Sion, 10 m from the skiing area. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Public parking 200 m extra. Bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.8 km, railway station "Sion" 20.6 km. Slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Les 4 Vallées 10 m.

Paid parking from November 2022.

Ski-region Les 4 Vallées, from 1'383 m, total of 92 lifts. 83 ski runs, total length 410 km, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 2 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs (long 3 km). Sports centre at 7 km. Artificial ice rink at 7 km. No vending machine. Bread order service available in winter. ski lift opening information www.nendaz.ch. Paid parking from November 2022.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen direkt an der Piste in Siviez mit vielen Verbindungen ins ganze Skigebiet. Sie ist einfach gehalten und mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet.

De vrij ruime woning is super gelegen, je kan er letterlijk binnenskiën. Ideaal voor een gezin met 2 tieners. In de keuken was alles voorzien qua benodigdheden.

Da das Dachgeschosszimmer keine echte Türe enthält, kann man es nicht als echtes Zimmer bezeichnen. Nachteile: a.) Dachflächenfenster lässt sich im Winter nicht öffnen. b.) Der Küchenduft und die Raumwärme steigen (Thermik) folglich in den oberen Schlafraum. Fazit: Unter diesem Aspekt ist der Preis zu hoch!

A l’arrivée, nettoyage pas fait correctement (chips sous et dans le canapé-lit, hotte collante, par ex.). A ce prix, l’agencement salon-cuisine pourrait être rénové et plus cosy : câbles TV mieux installés, meubles adéquats, chaises en ordre, canapé plus confortable. Serrure porte-fenêtre difficile. Bidets des toilettes à fixer. Bien : chambres et lits, salles-de-bain, cuisine. Super : rangements extérieurs, emplacement pour skier. Dommage : terrasse peu (pas) exposée soleil.

Dank der ebenerdigen Terrasse ist man direkt auf der Piste. Besonders fuer Familien mit Kindern ein grosses PLUS. Zum Mittagessen und Aufwäremen haben wir immer selbst gekocht und sind dann wieder auf die SKi ( dank Covid blieben die Restaurants geschlossen ) Die Wohnung selbst ist etwas unpersönlich und ein Zweckbau. Eben eine durchgehend vermietete Wohnung die schon viele Gäste gesehen hat.

Das beste unserer Wohnung ist die Lage: wir haben eine herrliche guenstige Schneesituation und gute Familien mit allen Mitglieder. Die Wohnung ist gut. Wir sind schon viele Jahre in dieser Wohnung.

Seit einigen Jahren sind wir nun Gäste in Siviez. Unterkunft war wie immer OK, mit dem Wetter hatten wir sehr viel Glück,von Sonntag bis Freitagnachmittag Sonne. Teilweise Temperaturen um die 4 °C auf 2400 m. Schnee war noch Ok, obwohl an einigen Stellen schon die Grasnarben zusehen waren. Positiv der verlängerte Lift (Nr. 59) vom Plan- du-Fou nach Prarion, die Ära des alten Schleppliftes ist vorbei.
