On the lower ground floor: sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Access: motorway A13 Chur - San Bernardino, exit number 22 "Thusis-Süd". Then road Tiefencastel - Cunter - Savognin. Access via a good mountain road. Access by train Chur - Thusis - St.Moritz. Railway station "Tiefencastel" 9 km. Bus connection. Thusis 22 km. St. Moritz 40 km. Zürich 164 km.

In summer 200 km of marked footpaths, 2 ski lifts, 2 chairlifts. Organised hikes, forest walks, 5 tennis courts, minigolf, fitness course, childrens play area, riding school, barouche walks. Fishing in streams, rivers and lakes in the area. Dancing, bars, special regional exhibitions, sports centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium. Bathing lake, gently shelving, suitable for children. Tennis (2 outdoor courts, 1 indoor court), golf course 18 hole in Alvaneu Bad, 1 another golf course in 17 km. Minigolf. Riding. Total 2 mountain lifts and cableways. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 800 km bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Kidspark (Pumptrack/Skatepark)".

Winter

In winter 10 drag lifts (of which 3 are for children), 2 ski lifts (1 with 3, another with 4 and, soon, 1 with 6 seats), serving 80 km of runs. Winter sports school, creche, 40 km of cross-country ski trails, 25 km of luge runs, 45 km of footpaths. Natural iceskating rink with 2 curling rinks. Sledge run. Ski-region Savognin, total of 12 lifts. 1 cabin cabin, 2 chair lifts, 6 drag lifts, 3 children's ski lifts. 25 ski runs, snow park. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten from 2 years old. Cross country ski tracks (1.3 km illuminated), winter walking paths. 2 toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, curling, curling. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Bivio at 18 km, Lenzerheide at 20 km.

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge, ist hell und bietet viel Platz. Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Garage ist einfach zugänglich.

Wunderschöne Dachwohnung mit Veranda - hat uns super gefallen! Wir würden wieder gehen. Der einzige Nachteil in meinen Augen waren die laut knarrenden Fussböden in den Schlafzimmern. Es tat unseren Ferien aber keinen Abbruch.

Appartement atypique, bien placé par rapport au centre du village. Vue splendide! Terrasse agréable, salon spacieux et cuisine équipée d’un lave-vaisselle mais sans four. Nombreuses armoires permettant une foule de rangements. Plafond bas dans une chambre (mansardée) et entrée très basse dans une autre chambre. Très mal isolé, il y a quelques courants. Je ne le louerais pas en hiver. Petit ascenseur à disposition pour monter à l’étage, escaliers dans l’appartement.

Leider waren die grossen Fenster im Wohnzimmer nicht gereinigt worden und dies in Zeiten des Corona Virus. Die grossen Scheiben sind nicht dicht, dadurch dringt Kälte und Lärm in die Wohnung. Es müssen immer 4 mobile Heizkörper laufen, um eine angenehme Temperatur zu haben. Im Wohnraum war es recht dunkel, da 3 von 4 Neonlampen nicht kaputt oder gefehlt haben (wurden danach ersetzt). Sehr unbefriedigend war, dass es keinen Backofen hat, was das Kochen für 5 Personen erheblich einschränkt. Schade
