Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. Information concerning the Skipass you can find on Snowdeal Engadin, the price is subject to demand, who books early profits from interesting discounts. ski-region Corvatsch, from 1'870 m, 12 lifts in the resort, 58 lifts in the ski region. 88 ski runs in the ski region, length 350 km, snowboard slope, snow park. Ski school (downhill), snowboard school, children's ski school from 4 years old. 230 km cross country ski tracks in the region, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Location super bien placée. Jolie décoration. Le seul bémol était le manque d’équipement de la cuisine ( pas de panier pour essorer la salade, les poêles très abîmées et pas saines pour la santé) L’appartement était très propre et l’accueil chaleureux

A very nicely located and sufficiently well equipped apartment with everything you need, especially good for families with small children. Small ski slope and ski school within 200m and cross country trails. There are rules that you cannot park your buggy in the entrance way, which is very odd for an apartment on the second floor with no elevators. It took quite a lot of discussion with Interhome until they agreed to let us leave ours downstairs. Also the ski room is very hard to find at first.

This apartment is in a building that is not run by Interhome, therefore there are rules set by the building committee that apartment owners must adhere to. This is the reason why the buggy could not be parked in the entrance. We do our best to provide solutions in these cases.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Zur Skischule für die Kinder waren es gerade mal 50 Meter. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das einzig negative war, dass die Wohnung sehr kalt war. Obschon wir die Heizung voll aufgedreht hatten, kamen wir nicht über 20 Grad. Durch Interhome wurden zwei Elektroöfen zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese waren auch nötig für eine Wohlfühltemperatur in der Wohnung.

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Surlej und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Pisten sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir konnten die Woche mit unseren 3 kleinen Kindern richtig geniessen und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr ;-)...

Grosse, gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung an Top-Lage. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einzige 2 "Mankos": - das Kajhüttenbett wäre besser im Einzelzimmer aufgestellt, dann gäbe es Platz im 2. Schlafzimmer für 2 Betten nebeneinander bzw. für ein Doppelbett. Ausser dem Doppelbett sind die übrigen Betten nicht unbedingt für Erwachsene geeignet (quietscht und hängt durch) - beim Esstisch ist immer ein Luftzug spürbar (Balkontüren über 40 jährig)

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet aber auch sehr hellhörig. Für den Preis müsste in der die Wohnung: -in den Kinderzimmern die Lattenroste und Matratzen ersetzt werden, so dass sie nicht bei jeder Bewegung quietschen und stark durchhängen -die gesamte Wohnung einer sanften Renovation unterzogen werde. Die Einrichtung ist vom Charme her sehr lieb- und konzeptlos gestaltet

Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Einige Küchengeräte fehlen, z.B. Pfannendeckel und zwei Rüstmesser sind zu wenig.

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert und es war ziemlich kalt in der Wohnung. Wir mussten mit dem Cheminee zusätzlich heizen. Das Dreibettzimmer ist ausserdem sehr klein und hat keinen Schrank zur Aufbewahrung der Kleider. Gesamthaft waren wir zufrieden und würden auch nochmal wiederkommen.
