Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Upper floor: small gallery. Wooden floors. Small balcony 5 m2. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 6 (Sella Seglias), height 205 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house, parking space for small car only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. No lift.

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Wir hatten Mitte August einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Chesa Seglias 6 in Surlej. Die ruhige Lage nahe dem Silvaplanersee ist ideal für Wanderungen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der Balkon mit Bergblick hat uns gefallen. Der Service von Interhome war professionell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für Erholung und Aktivitäten in den Bergen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt hinsichtlich Lage und Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Tiefgarage ist (für ein großes Auto) recht eng, aber machbar. Ideal ist die kurze Entfernung zu Skipiste und Lift. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es zieht allerdings bei den Dachbalken überall rein und dementsprechend war es sehr kalt. Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. Im 2 Stock vis-a-vis war ein Hund der nonstop am bellen war. Sehr unangenehm. Die Konversation mit Interhome am Telefon war unfreundlich. In St Moritz bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich. Bei der Schlüssel Abgabe eine sehr unfreundliche Dame. Man konnte keine Frage stellen. Gehen sie jetzt. Unglaublich!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Sauberkeit ausbaufähig. In der Wohnung selbst war es sehr kalt, da es bei den Balken unterm Dach reinzieht.

Für gehbehinderte sehr schwer erreichbar. Die Einstellhalle ist eine grosse Herausforderung, und mit einem neuen grossen Wagen unmöglich!! Nur für sehr kleine Wagen möglich zu parkieren. Aussen parkieren ist verboten. Müsste in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, one of the bedrooms is very big, the other bedroom is good for kids, the 2 full bathrooms are new and the kitchen has all that is needed. However the gallery (upper floors) is quite dangerous for small kids so we never used it. Additionally the parking is extremely narrow so would not recommend it for a +medium size car.

Unverbaute Balkonsicht direkt auf den nahen Waldrand und Berge. Wichtig: Tiefgarage-Parkfeld müssen die Masse/Grösse des Autos unbedingt beachtet werden.max Höhe 205 cm, max Breite 240 cm.
